Each month our office gets several referrals from our clients. We know that we get our best customers from our best customers! That is why we are so appreciative of every referral that we get here at VanVleet Insurance. Before we quote anyone we always ask them how they heard of our agency. Most times, they tell us a name of someone who referred them. Within the month, we send that client a thank you with a $10 gift card. That client becomes part of our Referral Club. When a client has referred multiple pieces of business to us they become a VIP Referral Club Member.
Another way, our agency says “thank you” to our clients who have referred business to us is by hosting an Annual Referral Appreciation Night.
