At VanVleet Insurance we know that when considering insurance one size does not fit all. The differences in coverages between health insurance policies and the actual needs of individuals can be staggering. It's our goal to understand what is important to you and find a plan that matches your needs.

HEALTH INSURANCE OPTIONS

Traditional PPO plans feature lower deductibles often $500 to $1,500 along with pre-deductible benefits such as doctor's office co-pay, prescription drug co-pays, and various wellness benefits. These plans tend to be more comprehensive which can result in higher premiums.

HSAs or high deductible health plans with a health savings account have become increasingly popular among individuals and employers alike. An HSA is a unique tax-free savings vehicle allowed to policyholders of a qualifying high deductible health plan. These plans can save consumers 20%-30% per year on insurance and allow them to save money tax-free for future expenses.

Vision and Dental insurance can be included in all of our group health policies or sold separately as a stand alone policy. Policies can cover expenses such as routine exams to major surgeries. Allow our team of experts to choose the policy that is right for you.

Disability income (DI) insurance is considered to be the most important insurance you can own. DI policies are designed to protect a person's greatest financial asset; their future earning potential. DI insurance replaces income lost while the policyholder is unable to work during a period of disability (in contrast to medical expense insurance, which pays for the cost of medical care). Policies may be designed to cover long-term disabilities (LTD coverage) or short-term disabilities (STD coverage). What most working age adults do not realize is that the risk of disability is 2-3 times greater than the risk of premature death. The resulting reduction in lifetime earnings can be devastating. For those whohave group DI at work are off to a good start, but often the insurance only covers 60% of your current income. Can you afford a 40% decrease in earnings?
