MEET OUR STAFF

Deborah Harlan is the Claims Supervisor and a Personal Lines Assistant at VanVleet Insurance Agency. Deb is the contact person for all claims and will take the information and turn it in to the insurance company for our insured. If an insured has a problem reaching their adjuster or if they should need assistance in getting a claim filed with an insurance company, Deb is the "go to" person! Deb is married to Jim Harlan. They have two children and two grandsons. She is actively involved as a member of First English Lutheran Church, PEO Chapter AU, Aftermath Club, and a local Gourmet Club. Reading and playing bridge are her hobbies.

Kelly VanVleet is the Marketing Director at VanVleet Insurance. She is also licensed in property and casualty insurance. Kelly graduated from the University of Dayton in 2001 with a degree in elementary education. She taught 1st and 5th grades for five years before joining the team at VanVleet Insurance. Kelly is an active community volunteer with several organizations including the Boys & Girls Club, YAP (Young Adult Professionals), as well as chairs YAC (Youth Advisory Committee to the mayor). She is a member of the St. Andrew's Catholic Church parish council. She lives in Richmond with her husband,Brad, and two children, Drew and Bryn.

Michelle Ledgerwood is the Customer Service Representative at VanVleet Insurance. Michelle graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with a degree in Information Technology and Human Resources. Michelle began her career in software design at a financial services company in Milwaukee until she moved to Indiana in September of 2009. Shortly after her move to Indiana, she joined the VanVleet team. Michelle lives in Centerville with her husband Matt. They are youth leaders and active members at Community Bible Church in Milton. She enjoys reading and playing guitar.
