At VanVleet Insurance, one of our favorite traditions each year is gathering with our clients for our annual Customer Appreciation Event. This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate 45 years in business and reflect on the relationships, trust, and support that have made this milestone possible.
We are incredibly grateful to the thousands of clients who have allowed us to serve them over the years, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
This year’s event will feature many of the favorites you’ve come to enjoy, including:
- Delicious food trucks
- Live music
- Face painting for the kids
- Chair massages
- Homemade ice cream from Ullery’s Homemade Ice Cream
One of the things we love most about this event is hosting it right here in our parking lot. While we spend much of the year serving you from behind our desks, this event gives us the opportunity to step outside, slow down, and simply enjoy visiting with the people who make our business possible. Those conversations and connections are what make this event so special to our team.
Because we host the event on-site, we do have a limited capacity. This year, we are able to accommodate 1,000 ticketed guests, so we encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
If you reserve a ticket and later find that you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. By releasing your ticket, you’ll help us offer that opportunity to another client who would like to join the celebration.

We also need your help spreading the word! If you have family members or friends who are also clients of VanVleet Insurance, please encourage them to register. We work hard each year to make sure everyone knows about the event. The date is posted on our website early in the year, invitations are sent by email, and we regularly share information on Facebook.
Despite those efforts, we occasionally hear from someone who didn’t know the party was taking place. Please know that it is never our intention for a client to miss out, and we appreciate your understanding as we do our best to communicate through multiple channels.
