Madison Rowe joined VanVleet Insurance in August 2026 as an Intern and has spent her entire life in Richmond, Indiana. So far, she says her experience at VanVleet has been absolutely amazing, and she appreciates being part of a team that is always willing to support her, answer questions, and help her learn. As an intern, Madison enjoys gaining exposure to many areas of the agency, from job shadowing team members to contributing to day-to-day operations.
What Madison enjoys most about VanVleet is the dedication employees show in serving clients and helping them protect what matters most. She loves knowing that her work contributes to a meaningful mission and that she is part of a team focused on making a positive difference in the community. Through her internship, she is gaining valuable professional experience while learning more about customer service and the insurance industry.
Outside of work, Madison is highly involved at school, participating in Business Professionals of America, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Model Legislature, Green Club, Student Government, and Drama Club. She has played basketball for two years and is currently in her third year of soccer. At her church, she runs the sound booth and manages technology operations for services and events. In her free time, Madison enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending Cincinnati Reds games, cheering on Notre Dame and IU football, watching movies, and trying new things.
