Our team is looking for a Receptionist/Office Admin Professional to help our Insurance Agency grow.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer all incoming calls and distribute them to appropriate team member
- Welcome all clients with a friendly smile
- Process insurance payments
- Process mail and distribute
- Scanning & Faxing
- Data entry into our management system
- Gatekeeper
- Be a team player
Skills Requirements

- Professional and courteous attitude
- Experience being on phone and working with clients that expect excellence in service
- Enjoys a demanding fast paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work efficiently with different computer/phone programs
- Organized
