It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of Marcia Stroud, our in-house Commercial Customer Service Agent. She has provided us with 15 years of devoted service. Her last day at VanVleet Insurance is Friday, April 10, 2020.
Marcia’s attention to detail and commercial insurance knowledge has been invaluable at VanVleet Insurance. She played an important role in the growth and success of our organization.
Her retirement was not an easy decision for her but one that was necessary for her health. We knew with her health issues that this day was going to come. Marcia’s retirement is our loss, but a well-deserved respite for her. We wish her all the best!
We are grateful that her replacement, Danielle Onstott, was able to spend a few months with her training and preparing to step into this new role.
Danielle has been our claims manager at VanVleet Insurance for the last few years. We are confident that Danielle will be able to continue the level of service to our commercial clients that Marcia was able to provide over the last 15 years.
