Beginning in March, construction began on our building at 1 Glen Miller Parkway in Richmond. Our team has been growing, but oddly enough, our building hasn’t sprouted an extra office with each additional employee. Because of this, we decided to add onto the building we’ve lived in since 2014.
The addition will feature seven new offices and an open area that can serve as a conference or presentation room. We also will be adding new furniture with additional desks, chairs, and tables. The addition will grow our location by over 2,000 square feet.
The added space will allow employees to no longer share office spaces. Further, some employees will move out of an “office” that is better suited as a storage closet and into a new and updated office space.
This will also give our office more cohesiveness, as departments can now work closer together. This continuity will allow our employees to communicate better and produce even better solutions for clients.
Construction on this side of the building is slated to be completed by the end of June. Minor remodeling will take place in our current office space after that and should be finished by August.
