RICHMOND, IN — VanVleet Insurance Agency accepted Erie Insurance’s Life Recognition Award on Tuesday. VanVleet has won the award in every year since 2011.
VanVleet protected 97 families with life policies through Erie in 2018. This mark ranked VanVleet fourth in the state of Indiana. Since 2014, VanVleet has protected over 350 families through Erie life insurance.
While VanVleet offers home, auto, business, and other forms of insurance, life insurance has a lasting impact that sticks with its policyholders. The cost of a traditional funeral continues to rise, and that doesn’t compare to the cost of lost income a family member can’t replace after death. Unfortunately, the cost of someone dying doesn’t cease cumulating after a funeral.
While life insurance is rarely a priority for anyone, its importance may be immeasurable. VanVleet President Brad VanVleet recognizes life insurance isn’t the most glamorous purchase you can make, but it is one that has a lasting impact.
“It’s not fun to talk about and it’s more than likely not a process anyone enjoys,” VanVleet said. “Most of our clients are aware that they need life insurance but, most people procrastinate until there is an important life event that pushes them to buy it such as marriage, starting a family, or debt.”
VanVleet Insurance aims to provide families with the protection they need before heavy costs are incurred. The agency can do this through all forms of insurance, but life insurance owns the most explicit significance.
